This policy explains how Alfie Christmas Trees ("Alfie", "we", "us") handles your personal information when you use alfiechristmastrees.com or order from us.

What we collect. Your name, email, phone number and delivery address. Your tree choices, order details, delivery notes and gift notes. Anything you send us through our forms. Our hosting provider may also process technical information such as your IP address when you visit the site.

Unfinished orders. We save what you enter in the order form as you go, including your email, phone and address, even if you don't finish or submit it. We use this to help you complete your order, contact you about it and improve the form.

Payments. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card number. Stripe handles payment details under its own privacy policy.

How we use it. To deliver your order, take payment, contact you, provide support, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and improve our service. We only send marketing texts if you opt in, and you can reply STOP at any time. Every marketing email will include a way to unsubscribe.

Who we share it with. Service providers that help us run the business, such as our payment processor, website host and delivery crews, and only as needed for that work. We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale of the business. We don't sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

How long we keep it. As long as we need it to provide our service, keep business records and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete it sooner, including an unfinished order.

On your device. We use a cookie to keep our admin signed in, and we save your in-progress order in your browser so you can pick up where you left off. We don't use advertising cookies. Our site doesn't respond to Do Not Track signals.

Your choices and rights. You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to get a copy of it. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under state law, including California's. You can use them by contacting us. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we won't treat you differently for making a request.

Security. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website is completely secure.

Children. Our service is for adults, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy. We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
