Terms

These terms apply when you use alfiechristmastrees.com or order from Alfie Christmas Trees ("Alfie", "we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them.

Ordering. You must be at least 18 to order. Please give accurate delivery and contact details. Your order is confirmed once your payment is complete. We may decline or cancel an order if we can't serve your address, if something is unavailable, or if a price was clearly wrong. If we do, we'll refund what you paid for that order.

Prices and payment. Prices depend on your ZIP code and choices, and are shown before you pay. You pay in full by card at checkout through Stripe, our payment processor. Any tax that applies is shown at checkout. Orders have a $269 minimum, so a discount can't bring an order below that amount. Delivery from November 29 on saves $30. Orders placed by November 8, 2026 with a December delivery date save another $30.

Orders outside our delivery area. If you order from an area we don't normally serve, your order is a request, and prices may be higher than in our regular areas. We place an authorization hold for the order total on your card instead of charging it. We'll aim to tell you within 24 hours whether we can deliver. If we confirm your order, we charge your card. If we can't, we release the hold and you aren't charged. Your bank decides how quickly a released hold disappears from your account.

Delivery. With a flexible window, we choose the day within the window you picked. With an exact day, we deliver on the date you picked. We'll give you an arrival window and do our best to keep to it, but weather, traffic and other things outside our control can cause delays. If we can't deliver within your window or on your date, we'll contact you to reschedule or refund you for anything we can't deliver.

Access. Please give our crew safe access and tell us about stairs, elevators and building rules when you order. Full setup needs an adult at the delivery address. A carry fee applies to full setup in stairs-only buildings. If your building needs a certificate of insurance, we'll provide one free when we receive your building's sample at least 48 hours before delivery. A redelivery fee may apply if we can't complete a scheduled delivery because of missing access or information, and we'll tell you the amount before charging it.

Trees. Real trees vary naturally, so yours won't look exactly like our illustrations. Height is measured to within about 6 inches. If something you ordered becomes unavailable, we'll offer the closest alternative or a refund for that item.

Changes, cancellations and refunds. You can change or cancel your order for free up to 48 hours before your delivery window starts or your exact delivery day. If you cancel in that time, we'll refund you in full to your original payment method. After that, contact us and we'll do our best. We may not be able to refund items already prepared or out for delivery. Your bank decides how quickly a refund appears on your statement.

Love-It Guarantee. If you aren't happy with your tree, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll swap it or make it right. Branches need about 24 hours to settle after delivery.

Removal. For The Clean Sweep, we'll confirm a day within the date range you chose. We remove the tree and stand, clean up needles and return furniture to its place. Please remove anything fragile or valuable from the tree's surroundings first. We only take down lights and ornaments if you added the pack-up service, so please remove them first if you didn't.

Tree care and safety. A cut tree needs daily watering and can become a fire hazard when it dries out. Keep it away from heat sources, use lights safely, and keep pets and children away from tree water and any plants that could harm them. See our tree care guide.

Text messages. If you opt in to marketing texts, you agree to receive recurring marketing texts from Alfie at the number you gave us, which may be sent automatically. Consent isn't a condition of buying anything. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We may also contact you about your order.

Our website. The site's content and artwork belong to Alfie. Please don't copy it for commercial use, interfere with the site, or use it for anything unlawful.

Limits on our responsibility. To the fullest extent the law allows, we provide our website as is, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law that can't be limited, or our responsibility for harm that can't legally be excluded.

Changes to these terms. We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. The terms in place when you ordered apply to that order.
